Does everyone on my team need an individual subscription?: Yes, anyone who wants to create eLearning content using Compozer will need an individual subscription.
What does 'user' mean in relation to your pricing?: A 'user' is an individual who creates eLearning content using Compozer. Each 'user' in your team will need an individual subscription to create content. There are no additional fees charged to the 'user' for distributing e-learning content.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?: Yes, you can change your plan or cancel your subscription before your next billing period.
What payment types do you accept?: We accept credit & debit cards via one of the most secure international platforms: Stripe. Stripe Payments accepts all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Stripe processes all payments surely with SSL encryption and is an approved payment method by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. The subscription period starts on the day you sign up and is renewed on the same day of the following month.
